Most financing conversations start the wrong way round: a client approaches a bank first, and only learns whether the case is financeable, on what terms and against what obstacles, weeks later, after the bank has already formed an opinion of the file. Financing Feasibility inverts that order. We review the case first and hand back a written opinion before any bank sees it.
It is not a mortgage application, a credit approval or a commitment to lend. It is our own assessment, prepared before you approach the market, so you know what you are dealing with before the market forms a view of you.
What it covers
- Whether the case is financeable in its current form, and if not, what would need to change
- The likely structure: which instrument fits, and which of our solutions it falls under
- An indicative range for the loan-to-value or advance rate, given the asset and the borrower profile
- What lenders in this market will require, in documentation and in security
- The specific points most likely to block or delay the transaction, named before they surface in front of a bank
How it works
You set out the asset, the amount and the timing through our contact form. We review the case personally, and where it fits what we do, we deliver the written opinion within 72 hours of receiving the supporting documentation. Any cost is agreed with you beforehand and depends on the transaction: its size, its complexity and the work the file actually requires. There is no published tariff, because no two cases are priced the same.
Where the financing proceeds through our platform afterwards, the cost of the Feasibility is credited against our engagement. Where it does not, you keep the opinion and owe nothing further.
Who it is for
Anyone who would rather know the answer before spending weeks with a bank that was never going to say yes: private clients, investors, developers, family offices and companies considering a cross-border real estate or corporate financing transaction of the kind described across our financing solutions.
