For Capital Providers

For Lenders, Funds and Private Investors

Montclare Capital Financing works with selected lenders, funds, private investors and alternative capital providers seeking properly prepared opportunities in real estate financing, developer finance and real estate-backed capital situations.

We do not forward unfiltered leads. Opportunities are reviewed and positioned before introduction.

What we bring to capital providers

  • Pre-reviewed cases with the profile, asset and documentation already assessed
  • Clear financing requirement, structure and timing
  • Cross-border situations prepared for the relevant jurisdiction
  • A single, aligned point of coordination

How we work with you

We are selective on both sides. Just as client cases are prepared before introduction, we look to understand each provider's mandate, ticket size, jurisdictions and asset preferences so that what reaches you fits.

How we charge

Montclare is paid by its client for preparing and structuring the transaction. We do not ask capital providers for exclusivity, and we do not condition an introduction on any consideration from your side.

We do not publish a single fee: the amount is agreed case by case, based on the size, complexity and actual work each transaction requires, and it is known before we start work on the file.

If you would like cases matching a specific profile to reach you, tell us and we will take it into account when filtering.

SELECTED MANDATE

A complete credit file, before any conversation

An international group had a viable investment opportunity but had received inconsistent responses, because each financial institution was given different information and the file did not properly explain the structure.

Montclare prepared a complete credit file: corporate chain, ultimate beneficial owners, sources and uses, cash flows, debt service capacity, security, adverse scenarios and repayment strategy. The legal, tax and financial documentation was organised before any conversation with lenders began.

OUTCOME

The transaction was presented only to institutions with appetite for the asset, the jurisdiction and the loan size. Review times fell, repeated information requests disappeared, and the client received a financing proposal consistent with its structure and strategy.

Case presented in anonymised form to protect client identity. Montclare lends from its own funds in selected transactions and, in all other cases, structures the transaction, prepares the file and coordinates financing with authorised institutions.

Montclare Capital Financing is not a bank and does not take deposits. In selected transactions we lend from our own funds to companies and investment vehicles, never to consumers; in all other cases financing decisions are made by authorised third-party providers.
